This is really interesting. This leaked memo shows how the conservatives are using any excuse to implement their agenda. They act like thay are reacting to new problems when in reality all they are doing is retreading the old conservative arguments that Americans have rejected for years. What's the difference now? The Republican message machine is so deafening wth its message that people can't hear when logic leaks through.
